Terms and conditions;

The promotion runs from Apple’s 50th Birthday on 1st of April 2026 until the 20th of May 2026 drawn at midday Australian Eastern Standard time at our head office; 9 West Street, Croydon, Sydney NSW 2132. The prize will be drawn live on ACMS Facebook &  Youtube socials!

This is a game of chance.  There will be a daily giveaway of a special Apple Sticker set to a lucky donor who donated that day!

Museums and societies with the most votes will receive extra, special prizes from the Australian Computer Museum Society to reward them for the wonderful work they do for their communities! This draw will be monitored be selected based on entries supplied and will be drawn within 7 days of the close of the promotion. The prize will be rewarded by our selection team, the ACMS Executive.

All winners will be notified in writing. If the prize is not accepted/claimed withing 72 hours of notification or the winner refuses the prize, the ACMS reserves the right to re-draw a new winner from the prize pool.

The ACMS will cover the cost of delivery and insurance of any prizes to your location up to $200AUD, however any tarriff or import fees are the repsonsibility of the prize winner on major prizes.

In the event of a lost or damaged major prize during transit, the ACMS will seek compensaiton from the insurance agent to compensate us to recreate a new item for replacement within 6 months of the loss to the winner.

Funds raised during this promotion are raised for the Australian Computer Museum Socety Incorporated (ACMS), a DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) NFP (Non for profit) organsation based in NSW, Australia. All funds raised are used by the society in line with its comittment to raise awareness of computing history through education, collection and restoration of vintage items contained within the Museum. No funds are provided to individuals for their time and no board members are in paid positions. All members and board members of the ACMS are volunteers. Funds from this promotion are destined to ensure the operation of the organisation and to allow us to run more publicly accessible education events, such as “VCF Down under”.
